Passionfruit and Pineapple Punch

It's a Punch - Tastic Christmas
Whilst working in the studio over the past couple of weeks (or in the hotbox as my assistant, Shelley lovingly refers to it as) there has being no better salvation then a sweet punchy treat. Our recent Christmas campaign for Cannon HIll Kmart Plaza brought this bubbly goodness to life and is definitely something I would recommend for the steamy summer months. We found the recipe in the Coles November Recipe mag and is easy as pie! I've popped the recipe below for you to sample yourself, hopefully you love it as much as us. Also - one thing I must admire from this shoot (other then the punch) was the incredible "snow" like flowers I found in Flower Lovers. The perfect blooms definitely make the perfect shot, and I wish I could have these all year round! I will stop my flower rave and let you test out this fabulous recipe.
Ingredients:
2 cups (500ml) pineapple juice
1/4 cup (60ml) passionfruit pulp
1/2 cup (125ml) Stone's Green Ginger Wine
4 cups (1L) chilled lemonade
1 continental cucumber, cut into ribbons
Fresh mint leaves, to serve
Ice cubes, to serve
* Combine all for punch - tastic treat
